May 28, 2021I recently received the ********* and ***** made leather sheath that my wife ordered for me as a gift from HB Forge. Seldom do consumers get what they pay for these days, but I am glad to report that when we opened the box and looked inside, we were delighted. It was a long wait, about what their website advertises, and they did get my order out within the said timeline. During the shipping process we did run into a hiccup, no fault of HB Forge, the reason I mention this is that ****** was great as we worked through the process. She was very concerned that everything worked out the way it was supposed to. This took about four days to get straight and she contacted me by email every day. My wife and I were impressed with the professionalism that she displayed. As for the artisan, ******, who crafted my hawk, I can only say that his work is stellar. My wife and I immediately identified it as a family heirloom right out of the box. During my communications with ****** she told me that ****** does all of the forging. My only hope is that he will acquire a couple of apprentices who can sit under his mentorship and learn the trade as well as ****** so that this legacy of craftsmanship will continue on for generations!****
