            On June 22nd, 2020, I entered a contract with Hanson Restoration Inc. to build a back patio. We gave them 20,000.00 to start and Construction started about 2 months later. Everything was a back-and-forth blame game between Contractors and Hanson. Job was not completed, and they stated that they would be out first thing in the spring to complete. By November we have paid a total of 36,000.00 to Hanson. After several phone calls and text that were unreturned, I called to talk with a manager. A text 10 hours later they would call next day. I stated I want the funds back for uncompleted work •siding. •cement •Ceiling fan •Ceiling •Clean up •Steps and platform •Wrong materials •Not getting approval for what was used. •No follow through. We have paid 36,000. we want the funds for uncompleted work and be done with Hanson. estimated to be about 12,000.00

            They remodeled our Master Bath. Very disappointed with the workmanship. Shower head was placed way off center so we have to tilt to spay in the center. Shampoo caddy was crooked and we had to open the ceiling below the sewer pipe as the stool was not set properly and was leaking. Had to hire a plumber to reset the stool.

            *** Hansen and ***************** met with ********************* and agreed not to move the shower head due to it was properly installed.  Customer selected this shower head and it was correctly installed and in proper location.  Shampoo caddy was corrected two years ago.  Customer hired an outside plumber which we are sending reimbursement payment of $350.00 for plumbing repair and drywall repair.  This dispute has been corrected.
