BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: The GFI covers installed are almost impossible to open, even by a grown man. This June, I went to use the GFI units outside. It was my first need to use them since installation. I needed to use the one next to my water garden to pump out and clean it out for the summer. I had to wrestle with it to get it open. I needed the man next door to get it open again. He struggled with it as well but finally managed. I have made 3 calls on separate days and used the company's website email requesting with no response. The company is local, so I don't understand why there is a problem with checking out the units.
Desired Settlement: Please adjust the covers/units or replace them a more manageable type at no further cost.
Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/08/04) */ The covers mentioned by Ms. ****** are required by the National Electrical Code and Require some effort more effort to open than the weatherproof covers of the past, They are necessary because when you plug something in and leave it plugged in, it is no longer weather proof. any cover it is replaced with would be the same situation, the cover we always use is an Intermatic brand and is the most commonly used brand. hen Ms. ****** called she past her warranty period and there was nothing that was broken that needed service, Just something that requires a little more effort than she is use to , and with time and use will get easier.I would be happy to send a electrician by to show her how to use the covers but I don't thing replacement is the answer.
