            Ordered a hat with plenty of time to be here for ******'s day back on May 18th. It's now June 4th and still the order only shows as confirmed online. No update showing it was shipped, no communication to me as the ordering/paying customer on any delays or that it was being prepared, still just shows confirmed. I had reached out by replying not only to the order confirmation email, I sent 2 additional emails through the shop contact us and an email to the merchandise contact information listed on the website for the team shop and still no reply.The order was made with enough to be a ******'s day gift and that will no longer be the case. While I understand things get busy and businesses are short handed as of late due to the current situation, as someone who works in customer service for a living, it's very disappointing when there is no communication to customers, even if things are busy and order fulfillment is taking longer than expected. "
