    I, ***** **** ************, dropped my family van 2009 Honda Odyssey to the ECP Auto Repair and Service and services on October 30th, 2021. I clearly explained to the shop what problems I was facing with the van, including the battery running down, side does not open, and rattling sound when it drives, and I asked if they could repair the problem and they said, ‘all the time’. I was emphatically assured that the car will be repaired. At no point, was I told that the problems reported were beyond repair by the ECP Auto Repair shop? If I was ever told the ECP Auto Repair could not repair my car, I would have peacefully taken my van elsewhere to a credible shop. After punishing me by keeping my van for months, they called lying that my vehicle has been satisfactorily repaired, and I should pick it up on November 1st, 2021, to pick it up. I was charged a whopping $ 2,552.66 (I have a receipt) and asked to pick up my van. I picked up my van unbeknownst to me that my van electronic key did not work, the doors of my van did not open, and the battery running down issue was still not repaired. I was very shocked, disappointed, and frustrated for spending so much money that I do not have, and my van not being repaired. I called the shop and immediately returned the van to the shop to be repaired ethically. When I called, I spoke to a gentleman at ECP Auto Repair named Nate and he assured me that they will repair the door and battery situation. In frustration, I politely told Nate that I was disappointed by their customer service and that I will not pay him 2,552, 66 for a van that is not repaired. I explained to him that I have four young kids, how do I use a van whose door does not open or how do I use a van that cannot lock? How do I use an unreliable van whose brand-new battery keeps dying? I asked him why they did not tell me that they will be unable to repair my vehicle and I would have easily taken my van to an honest shop. I need my money and my car.
