I had $800 worth of work on my car done in July. $400 for complete back breaks, $270 for new tire rods, alignment and then oil change. Since doing this work. The alignment wasn’t done correctly and my tires got chopped and feathered.. I’ve had squeaking breaks, pulling, my car head to driven right. Some has been documented by Midas when I went in for an October oil change. As well as documentation of alighment being off. I ended up having to get all new tires on 2 year old tires. Costing me almost $600. I then called ************* to Complain and ask if they could check it out and do an alignment while they did. They couldn’t get me in for two weeks. Even though I expressed my concern for it causing harm to my new tires. So I took it to another place, tire source because they could see me next day. They found the back breaks to be in poor condition and a tire rod to be loose. And they can’t do an alignment with the tire rod loose. Since ************* had just done it in July I then took my car there instead asked for it to be seen sooner. Left it there for 24 hours and it didn’t get looked at. And all they had to say is the other places were probably trying to scam me. At this point I don’t trust them to do my breaks or tire rods so I want refunded for my July. When I picked up my car they offered me nothing besides my appointment still available a week from now. Again disregarding my concerns
