I took my vehicle in for an alignment. I was called by ***** the next day and told more or less that they didn't want my business. They honestly didn't want to be bothered with my vehicle after I made an appointment and had to drop it off the night before, just to have them tell my that they weren't interested in my business. They told me that my vehicle needed a bunch of repairs, and the reason my vehicle was out of alignment was due to bad control arms. The actual reason it needed an alignment was because I just had a idler arm and tie rod replaced on the right side. ***** rudely stated that wasn't the reason, even though the car steered pretty straight with no play in the steering wheel prior to the repair. They dont think i know my own car.They didnt do the alignment because of these repairs they claimed needed made, which i'm sorry bur rhey diagnosed the car wrong. My other mechanic that did the repairs told me I needed an alignment. But they werent intersted in what i had to say. I have never been treated like my business was not good enough, and talked to like I'm stupid by any garage or mechanic. Not by any good one anyway, especially after I had made an appointment and they knew why this car was coming in. I told them to leave the keys in it and I would pick up after work. When I returned to get my vehicle, there was a **** on my seat stating that they did the alignment at no charge. THEY DID NOT DO THE ALIGNMENT. The car drove just as bad as it did, lots of play in the steering wheel, from when I dropped it off to them. I don't know what this garage is trying to pull, or how many people they have ripped off, but I would suggest that everyone STAY AWAY FROM THIS REPAIR SHOP. After they left the ******************* in my car I believe they just might be running a scam business. Trying to get people to pay for repairs that they don't need, or giving write *** saying they did work THAT THEY DID NOT DO. DO NOT USE CHARLIES GARAGE IN ******** (SUFFIELD) !!!

Your response says it all. Your overconfidence and your arrogance paints a very clear picture of how you operate and conduct business. You didnt get a five star rating out of me. Just how many poor reviews do you honestly think it takes to before your reputation takes a hit? My favorite part in your response is where you didn't deny any of my claims. Because you can't. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but eventually your poor attitude towards customers, and your overconfidence will be your demise. It'll happen. Companies do not survive when they are ran by rude, overconfident, egotistical and dishonest individuals. You did a terrible job handling my situation and I'll make sure I let everyone know. And I will a lso let everyone see your response to my complaint. It's obvious what you care about. And it's not your customers, or being honest about the work you do. I'm guessing the other people you attempted to rip-off just never took the time to voice their opinion. Well maybe this will change that!
