              0 stars. I have been here multiple times. They misdiagnosed my car. They Had to pay me back. I brought my car back for the last time. It was left there. I called to check on it a few times. I wasnt told to get it off their property. No one sent me a letter to come get it never Called me to come get it. I had already got a new van at the time because I have a disabled son who I had to get to his appointments plus 2 other toddlers. I went back to finally get it and they sold my car without a tilte or anything. Everyone in that building Very rude and I would say racist. All the money I spent here time and energy. You would be better finding help on *********** To buy a car get it fixed and whatever else. Do not trust this place. They are giving ford a bad reputation. There is many factors that go into this, but I just would not go here with my money and my car still has not been found to this day. I made a report with Talmage Police Department as well.

              Customer 2008 Ford Edge with 207,834 miles towed into dealership on 05/17/2022. Upon arrival our Service Advisor began the process by retrieving the milage and VIN number from the vehicle. He then spoke with the customer to gather the information the technician will need to diagnose the reason the vehicle was towed in. Customer stated “has knocking sound, hard to turn, very difficult to drive, turning noises”. Customer was aware there was a diagnostic fee and agreed to have the tests performed. Technician diagnosed vehicle and found the Power Transfer Unit (PTU) had a catastrophic internal failure. Service Advisor obtained an estimate for the replacement of the PTU and the customer declined. On 05/21/2022 Service Advisor completed the invoice and informed customer vehicle was ready for pickup. We attempted to contact the customer numerous times in over the next 18 months without success. The next contact with the customer wasn’t until the fall of 2023 (nearly 18 months later) when she arrived at the dealership wanting to pick up her vehicle. We informed her we have not seen her vehicle in quite a while and we assumed she came and picked it up without paying her invoice (which happens, especially when the cost of the repairs is greater than the value of the vehicle like in this case). Our lot is open for customers to look at our new and used inventory 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, therefore we do not block our lot. We here at Park Ford have cooperated with the customer and the Tallmadge Police Department in the investigation for this situation.

              When I was given and invoice I let the person know that I did not have the money at the moment and I have a disabled son that I have to get back-and-forth to appointments theyre giving park ford a bad name, they got away with stealing my car, I would not trust anyone there. I owned my car. I brought my car back to them so many times and got it fixed because of what they done wrong and I never had a problem with paying all that they asked for. anyone that knows about cars knows as long as you keep your car maintained regardless of mileage your car can run a long time. Because Im a woman, they dismissed me, believing that I would just let go. They have the keys to my car so how could I take it. I had to get it towed in each time that they say it was fixed and want (this being why they had to return one of the payments) (they clearly did not do their job correctly, but they accepted my money) and they are well aware of what theyve done with it. They did not care to help me and they made it seem as if I was the issue Ive had the same number for over a decade. same address for the past four years no one ever reached out to me about coming to get my car, not even by mail. When I asked them if they could show me where they reached out to me. They had no information for me, or my car. To my knowledge that they let me know. If I knew that they would take my car and get it off their lot and tell me I abandoned it because they felt like it had too many miles on it then I wouldve never brought my car to them the first place. I never waited 18 months I waited almost a year, but within that year, I called and checked on my car numerous of times *********** people always let me know that it was there. Until the day that I came to get it and they let me know they havent seen it in a long time I guess treat others the way you wanna be treated was never a thing. Even if you are a paying customer that dont complain. Theyll find a way to make you wrong

              very shady customer service DO NOT take your car to this dealership, they said my back brakes were not working and wanted 1,000$ to fix, big time scammers, took my truck to my mechanic fix problem for 250.00$, very shady people.

              The service department has always been fantastic in taking care of my car. However, a couple days ago they really out did themselves. They had a full day of appointments but I had a big problem with my car. They let me bring in my car despite how busy they were. They had to order the part and it took a couple hours to arrive, after which they still took the time to fix my car. I really want them to know how indebted I am to them for their kindness and their efficiency in taking care of my car. No one else touches my car except them.
