Worst dealership and customer service I've ever experienced. I recently purchased a 2019 ***** CX-5 with ****** miles on it. Upon taking it for a test drive we heard some grinding noises with the brakes. I didn't think much of it at first since the petal felt fine and the noise went away after driving for a bit. We decided to get the car and on the way home we noticed it would shake when breaking at higher speeds. I immediately called the salesperson back and told her what was going on. She said no worries and she would report it to the service department and they would call me back to set up an appointment. They ended up calling me back and we set up an appointment to get it looked at. At this point I was relieved because I was under the impression the dealership was going to do what was right and fix the brakes for free. Not only did they not offer to fix them for free. They basically tried telling me it was my fault the brakes were in that condition because I drive it while waiting for my appointment to get it looked at. I've never dealt with such poor customer service and will never take my business there again or recommend them to anybody. I hope this dealership goes out of business.

Our technician found that the brakes were still good but they are wearing unevenly. Even though we agreed the dealership had done nothing wrong we felt we compelled to do something to go above and beyond for you to change your opinion of us. We offered to give you a 50% discount toward a brake job at that time. You chose to decline our offer. We then decided to go a step further and offered to give you a 50% discount on the brakes for when you decide to replace them in the future. Again you declined. We know that you said you would change your brakes yourself.in the future but we would still like the opportunity to improve your opinion of us.
