Bill Harris was asked to look into our coolant system on our 2018 Jeep Compass. We were told that nothing was wrong with our jeep over and over again. Finally Bill Harris agreed to add dye into the system to see if there is an issue. All along we were right, The head gasket needed to be replaced. Had back hatch repainted whole motor was being worked on. Received the jeep back with coolant smell that is still there today, emblems we’re on wrong, chrome trim was snapped off and GLUED back on, oil was leaking from the motor and all antifreeze leaked out onto the ground. After attempting to get into a new vehicle and that not working out, we asked for the issues with the Jeep to be fixed. We received a phone call from ***, the service manager called and was very irrationally angry and stated that he refuses to fix our jeep because we took too long to contact him and he isn’t going to deal with our bad review due to being ignored over and over again by this dealership to the point we had to put in two dealership complaints with Jeep and had director of Jeep sales involved. *** ******* yelled on the phone and refused to fix the unnecessary problems that were caused by this dealership. We have been treated unfairly by this dealership since day one because we had issues with our vehicle instead of giving them a sale. We were told by *** ******* that they don’t fix vehicles to lose money, they sell vehicles to make money. We were only treated well when they got a sale from us. They are refusing to fix problems that they created. Everyone we have had to deal with at this dealership has blown us off over and over again. Absolutely horrible customer service and will not help with fixing anything. They just call customers and yell at them to try to scare them off and go to another dealership
