            I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Myer's on July 8, 2021 & it was delivered July 9th. It broke 1 week later on July 15th and Myer's will do nothing to help. It is now November 18th and I still do not have a working refrigerator in my house because I have had to deal directly with Whirlpool who has tried to fix it twice, tried to delivered 2 refrigerators with dents to replace it & one the wrong model. I wanted to avoid dealing with a huge company like Whirlpool so that's why I bought from a small business, but they did nothing to help us and I would never recommend them to anyone.

            Owner, ***** has very poor customer ********************** skills. Constantly talked over me. Never once apologized. Complained that he had someone else on the phone--even though HE choose to take my call when it was transferred to him. His solution was to 1) either put up with a technician who would reschedule and come back without the appropriate tools (I watched for 45 minutes while the young man scrounged through his messy tool bag to find something to use to adjust the burners on a gas stove and then tried to crimp a metal clamp into a "tool" that he could use) or 2) call another repair service. They may have been in business for 90 years, but they won't be in business 90 years from now with this type of leadership. I bought my dryer from them, but I won't recommend them to others anymore.

            We pride ourselves in our customer **********************! And I will go above and beyond to prove that to our customers... until they lose our respect. I indeed had a conversation with this woman yesterday. And I indeed did tell her to call another company for her service needs. We did not collect any money from her for the service visit. Our tech stayed an excessive amount of time, trying to figure out a way to help her, and not have wasted her time. I am glad she will take her future business elsewhere. She was unpleasant to deal with and I would not want any of my employees having to deal with her in the future. We are very proud of our employees and their efforts to complete every job. I will never stand for a "customer" belittling one of my employees.
