The Bayou Pages and BBB of Acadiana offering free online presence seminar

Ever wonder how to increase traffic to your Facebook business page and better use social media to increase business? Do you have any reviews on Yelp or Google Plus? How can you personalize these pages for free to increase your online exposure? What do you do if you receive a negative comment or review?

Better Business Bureau of Acadiana is partnering with The Bayou Pages to help answer these questions and more in order to offer business owners and managers positive direction on how to manage their online identities.

The complimentary seminar, titled “Managing Your Online Presence,” is designed to help local businesses maximize visibility, respond to negative reviews, share positive reviews and monitor competition.

The special event will also offer insight into regulating social media posts and teach how to receive reports and alertsfrom social media pages.

The event is slated for Feb. 18 at City Club in River Ranch, 1100 Camellia Blvd., Suite 202. Breakfast will be served at 7:30 a.m. followed by the seminar at 8:15 a.m.
