Complaint Refund process (approval from Interco) started in January 2016, still no refund. Purchased 4 Super Swamper B-104 Bogger tires in March of 2015 from Pungo Offroad, for about $2400. Also purchased one tire through Amazon.com directly from the manufacturer, Interco, to replace the first defective tire so I could keep driving my truck, on August 3rd, 2015- Order# XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX, for $633.99 + $73.43 shipping and $56.59 tax.
Tires started falling apart with less than 6000 miles on them. I took pictures on December 11th, 2015 and emailed them to Interco. They asked me to cut the DOT numbers out of the tires and mail them in, then they would send me a refund. I sent them in March 8th (I had to purchase new tires before I could do that, as I use my vehicle daily). I emailed Inerco on April 6th to find out what was going on as I had not received a refund yet. They said that it was sent to the finance department and I should be getting a check in the mail. As of today's date, April 19th, I still haven't received a refund.
Desired Settlement I want my money back on the tires.
