            I used this management company to rent out, reasonably inspect tenants behavior and their agreed maintenance of the lawn, and to collect rents and distribute them to the appropriate account. They NEVER inspected the property or checked on how the property was being maintained. It cost me THOUSANDS of dollars just in repairs when we moved back home. They allowed the tenant to sublet the home to many and various people without any approval or notice to myself. They also allowed the tenants to perform many modifications that required owner approval to the home that cost additional Thousands to fix, patch, repair and replace. They did a lot of damage that not only cost me money but a lot of time out from work and my family for their negligence. My suggestion is to AVOID Key Property Management & Leasing LLC by any means, I am inclined to think I would have faired better by a simple online contract covering my end of obligation and expectation and having a relative I could trust to actually check on the property and inspect twice a year.
