TWO SEPARATE EVENTS

SESSION 1 - Education/Session Participants
When:  Wednesday, August 20, 2014
Registration begins at 07:30 a.m. – 0800 a.m. – Coffee and Bagels/Fruit for participants
Time:  08:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Where:  The Dyess Event Center – Dyess Air Force Base
Deadline to Reserve a Seat:  August 11, 2014
Local contractors are urged to bid on Dyess AFB jobs.  Attend this session to learn how to become the prime contractor and bid on jobs on Dyess AFB.  Special presentations will be held on “how to work” with and do business with Dyess AFB”.  One-on-one sessions will be available in the afternoon.  Make plans to attend and increase your business by working with Dyess AFB.


SESSION 2 - Dyess Small Business Expo Participants
When:  Wednesday, August 20, 2014
Time:  1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Where:  The Dyess Event Center – Dyess Air Force Base
Cost:  $80.00
Included in the cost will be one table per company, one tablecloth, two chairs, limited electrical outlets/power and lunch

Government Purchase Card (GPC) holders ($3,000 limit per purchase) want to BUY BIG COUNTRY.  If you take VISA and have a commodity or product that might be purchased by a GPC holder, then you will want to participate!  Some of the items of interest are:  auto parts/supplies, kitchen supplies, tents, bedding, screen printing, uniform monogramming, electrical, plumbing, maintenance both inside and outside, lawn and garden, janitorial services, office supplies, office furniture, hardware, tools both hand and power, building materials, plaques, award items, etc.
