    I purchased a pendant from a company named **************. I was dissatisfied with the item, as it was much prettier on their website than what I received. I emailed the company and they said I could return the item, but there would be changes for shipping and restocking. I did ship the item back (and decided to absorb the charges). They sent me several requests to complete a ****** review. I decided to submit a review that was balanced, including a few pros as well as cons. I gave them two stars and stated that I did not recommend them. A company representative immediately responded on ****** with a very unprofessional (and untruthful) reply AND publication of my home address, personal cell phone number, work location, job title and work phone number. The only rationale for this was revenge. Their customer privacy policy published online states "************** values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, contests, and promotions. ************** recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. ********************** is committed to respecting the privacy rights of website visitors." It is clear that they violated my privacy rights and I am requesting intervention to remove my personal information that was published on the ****** review for ************** submitted on October 17 2022. I am also requesting a full refund of the item that I returned. I have **** confirmation of delivery, but no refund has been provided.

    Company sent me the wrong product. Did not offer to correct the situation. Charged me 10% restocking fee plus changed my original free shipping to paid. In all, I paid $71.95 to return a $340 item, even though it was not my mistake ($34 restocking + $15.95 shipping added + $22 return shipping with insurance). Big mistake to order from them.
