Complaint: i was trying to get the furniture for may house in i put $400 deposit in i not get my furniture the day I supposd to get it then I went to the store to get may money back but the maneyer hi was nasty with me then hi tolme the he was not going to get me my money back.

Complaint: I purchased a television entertainment system on September **, 2013 from this establishment. Initially when my package arrived, it had damage to the bridge area of the entertainment system. Furthermore, the product that was delivered to me looked old and worn out. I complained to the owner of the business (****) about the damage and the quality of product I received and he told me that I would be getting a replacement soon after. It's been over a month and I have yet to receive any of the products I have purchased.

Desired Settlement: I am requesting the product that I requested both in mint condition and in a timely matter.

Complaint: We placed an order with Home Decor on 10/**/2012 at the establishment with all items set to be delivered on 10/**/2012. 1 bed frame, 2 bar stools, and a 2 piece wardrobe set. This did not happen. They did not call to inform us that the date we settled on would not work for them, we had to call them for information instead. They put off our delivery date several times and promised time after time that the items would be delivered on a Weds morning 7am-9am. I called out of work to wait for the arrival. They never came. I never received a phone call. This went on until until mid november when we finally received the bed frame, bar stools and the wardrobe. The wardrobe was in horrible condition with scratches and dents and missing screws so the delivery men could not put the doors together. The mirror order was wrong so we sent them back with the wardrobe doors. It is Dec *** and we have been playing phone tag and scheduling dates that keep being pushed back for delivery. After almost two months of poor excuses, we are absolutely fed up as this has become an incredible inconvenience to us. This business is the most irresponsible and inefficient establishment i have ever experienced. When I signed the order form, I did not sign for incomplete/poor quality furniture. I did not pay to go so out of my way with a busy work schedule to sit at home to wait for furniture to be delivered and be disappointed every single time.

Desired Settlement: Home decor can delivery our wardrobe doors when we are available after work. Otherwise, if time of delivery does not work for when I want it to, we will contact our credit card company to issue a chargeback.
